Juggling
Challenge... "Off Season" Training
The
roadmap for our success is simple. We need to work
hard. This begins with our time off. I expect each
player to go out at least 3-4 times a week for a minimum of 500 foot
juggles and 250 head juggles (should take no more than 20
minutes…) Foot juggles should alternate between
each foot (left, right, left, right…) and the ball should
come no higher than the waist. Head juggles should be 1-2
feet above the head.
